Bucket elevator gearbox characteristics:

1) maintenance drive:

The motor o the auxiliary drive is dimensioned in such a way that the bucket elevator can be operated with empty buckets at low speed in the same direction of rotation.

2)operation under load 

The motor of the auxiliary drive is dimensioned in such a way that the bucket elevator can be operated with full buckets at low speed in the same direction of rotation.

Design of auxiliary drives

The auxiliary drive is a bevel-helical gearbmotor type KF,which is flanged  to the main gear unit by means of an intermediat flange and is coupled to the main gear unit via an overrunning clutch,The overrunning clutch is located in the intermediate flange,and lubricated with its own oil or grease.The bevel-helical gearmotor type KF has an own oil filling and is supplied filled with oil.
